Abstract
Although pancreatic pseudocyst as a sequale to pancreatitis or pancreatic injury can occur at any site in the abdomen, intrahepatic pancreatic pseudocyst is a rare event. With mordern imaging procedures, its detection seems to be increasing, but
with
our knowledge about 10 reports in English literature published in the past 15 years. Recently, we experienced a case of pancreatic pseudocysts involving left lobe of the liver in a 45 year-old man presenting with epigastric pain. He was diagnosed
with
abdominal ultrasonography, abdominal computed tomogrphy (CT) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and confirmed by exploration. So we report this case with a review of literatures.
